How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Most banks post the funds within 3–5 business days.

What happens to my refund if my card has changed?

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. If that card is closed or expired, the bank routes the funds to the account it was attached to. If anything bounces back to us, contact support and we’ll arrange an alternative.
