• How do I contact SwappaElectronics?

  The fastest way is from your order: go to Orders and select "Get help" next to the one in question. For anything else, message us and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.

• How do I cancel an order?

  Head to Orders, open the order you want to cancel and select "Get help". If it hasn't shipped yet we'll stop it for you and issue a full refund.

• How can I ask for a repair?

  Every device is covered by a 1-year warranty. Open the order in your Orders page, choose "Get help" and pick the repair option — we'll guide you through the next steps.

• How can I get a refund?

  You have 30 days to change your mind. Start a return from Orders and once we receive the device your refund is processed to the original payment method.
