You have 30 days from delivery to start a return for any reason. Open your Orders page, choose the order and select “Get help”, then follow the return steps. We email you a prepaid shipping label.
When will I be refunded?
Once we receive and inspect the device, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take a few business days to post it.
